Description
We provide attractive sales commissions for well deserved team members, 5 - 20% higher than market value as we believed talented individuals should be well compensated for the value that they bring to the team.
Additional percentages are evaluated and discussed based on experience and performance basis.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & meeting potential clients to expand firm’s sales & business
- Conceptualize interior designs
- Provide design presentations to close sales
- Handle all documentations of your projects required for work commencement to finish
- Project management/ coordination
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for design work to ensure a smooth completion
- All trainings will be provided
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelors in Interior Design/Architecture (Preferred but not limited to)
- Proficiency in MS words, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge in AutoCAD & design software e.g. Coohom, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop etc. would be advantageous
- Good communication & problem-solving skills under pressure
- A keen eye for details
- Most importantly, must be responsible & accountable
- Equipped with a learning attitude
- Entry level candidates/ fresh grads are encouraged to apply, experienced professionals are also welcomed
