Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Design Manager include:

a) Manage prospective leads, develop design concepts, provide advice and budgeting to the clients, manage project execution, incl timeline, quality, budget, suppliers, as well as customers' expectations over the course of renovation.

 

b) Mentoring and managing a team of at least 3 Interior Designers. 

c) Design Managers may be assigned an area of managerial responsibilities for personal development, e.g. Marketing, Creative Leadership, Business Development, etc. 

 

Remuneration

Remuneration (profit-sharing basis) and appointment will commensurate with experience, portfolio and/or qualifications.

Design Managers are to bring in a team of at least 3 interior designers. Joining bonus and additional remuneration (on top of higher project commission) will also be made to compensate for the managerial works.
 

This job position requires traveling across Singapore. 

 

You may need to work outside normal office working hours. Flexible working hours can be arranged.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years relevant experience. Singaporeans and PRs may apply only.
