Responsibilities
The Creative Executive will be leading photoshoots, creating photos and videos to be posted on our social channels and assist in media outreach.

You are required to have a strong eye for composition and balance, with an exceptional passion for fashion photography, comfortably directing and building rapport with models and personalities on set to achieve your final vision. You think and move fast, yet pay exceptional attention to the finest of details. Reporting to our Creative Director, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through your photos and videos.

Scope of work:

  • Create engaging content (photos, reels, videos, flat-lays etc) for social media platforms
  • Execute photography and/or videography on shoot days
  • Retouch and edit your own output with superior precision, paying rigorous attention toward product details (actual colours, creases, flaws) and model skin-tones
  • Colour matching, ensuring the shot images are accurate to the actual product
  • Be part of the planning for catalog and campaign shoots, including site recces and prop sourcing as needed
  • Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
  • Expert proficiency in either Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro
  • Experience in executing campaign and catalogue photoshoots
  • Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude
  • An ability to understand and translate the creative vision as directed by the creative director
  • A highly developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition with a natural interest in fashion and visual communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment with professionalism, responsiveness, agility and composure under pressure
  • Knowledge on content creation
  • Copywriting
  • Min 2 years experience in related field or Design school grads with exceptional portfolio
