Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings based on design concepts.
- Work with project managers and designers to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
- Produce accurate and clear technical drawings for fabrication and construction purposes.
- Update and modify 3D models and drawings as per project revisions and changes.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Knowledge of rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
