Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting with clients, and providing exceptional design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and design expertise to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design concepts and proposals.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Design Development: Create and develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and company standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and present detailed design proposals, including mood boards, layouts, and 3D renderings.
  • Budgeting: Provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the final design.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide clients with the best design solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in interior design sales or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
