· Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs.

· Generate new business by developing leads, understanding what business leaders and professionals in the industry need, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in your accounts, and identifying win/win situations.

· Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to identify, engage with, and win new clients while partnering collaboratively with technical sales, inside sales, marketing, and consulting.

· Establish strong, partnership-minded relations with your clients.

· Provide customer feedback to the product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.

· Responsible for marketing-related activities such as public relations, corporate image, and branding marketing materials, etc.

· To assist in the company's marketing activities and plan.

About you:

· Seeking to start your own business.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in BD Management roles in the relevant industry.

· Proven track record in new business development and sales.

· Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative work style.
