Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Creator to join our team on-site in Singapore. The Senior Content Creator will be responsible for creating content and managing the content creation team, ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy from an artistic and branding perspective. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring the content creation team, providing guidance and support to enhance creativity and productivity.
  • Developing and executing content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Creation of graphic design, 2D animation, and photo/video production to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and strategy teams to align content with client objectives and business goals.
  • Ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Managing project timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Conducting regular content audits and implementing improvements based on performance metrics.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve content strategies.
  • Presenting creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Overseeing branding assignments and ensuring consistency across all visual and messaging touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, image and video editing, and branding projects.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in operating digital cameras for photo and video content.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in working with regional and international brands is a plus.
