As a Product Designer at Bossjob, I created prototypes and high-fidelity designs for a career platform serving over 2.5 million professionals in the Philippines. I conducted user research to inform product decisions and design iterations, sustained the design system to achieve design scalability and consistency, translated user needs and requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria, and participated in agile development processes. Additionally, I planned usability testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Prior to this role, I worked as a Designer at Changi Travel Services for three years. I redesigned the entire website for Travel Recommends, conducted user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, collaborated with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and developers for reviews and feedback, and developed campaigns and executed online and offline artwork for Travel Recommends across eight regional countries.
